The main house can accommodate up to 12 people. It is also possible to accommodate 2 additional guests in the jacuzzi area thanks to the very comfortable sofa bed. (Please note that this area does not have a bathroom.)
The living room
The living area is bathed in light thanks to its large windows overlooking the garden. The living room and dining room blend seamlessly together, creating a truly cozy and inviting space. It’s a delightful place to gather for a meal, carry on conversations, or enjoy a relaxing evening.
The kitchen
The adjoining kitchen, which opens onto the living room through elegant glass doors, allows you to stay at the heart of the action and not miss a moment of these precious times, while providing a space that is both practical and safe for children. It adds charm, modernity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the entire space.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs:
- Appliances: multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set.
- Cookware and tableware: set of pots and pans, cutlery, serving dishes, wine glasses, water glasses, and aperitif glasses...
The laundry room
For your convenience during your stay, a laundry room is available for your use. It is equipped with an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, a dryer, and a clothesline.
The Blue-Gray Room

The playroom
A Playroom for All Ages
Designed as a true family haven, our playroom is a warm and welcoming space where people of all ages love to gather. In a friendly atmosphere, everyone can take the time to play, share, and create wonderful memories.
You’ll find a wide selection of board games: board games, puzzles, trivia games… Something to delight every generation.
Younger children also have a dedicated area with Kapla blocks, shape-sorting games, and activities designed to spark their curiosity in a safe environment.
For the very youngest, the room can be set up with a crib so they can nap peacefully in a quiet, comfortable, and reassuring setting.

The bathrooms
On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, while a half-bath is located upstairs for added comfort and convenience.
Pool and Garden Area
The pool area, which is fully secured and meets child safety standards, invites you to relax and enjoy yourself with complete peace of mind. Here you’ll find a spacious pool with a spa area on the steps, as well as a shaded pool house furnished with comfortable armchairs. The terrace, spanning over 120 m², is equipped with lounge chairs and beanbags, all fully lit so you can enjoy long summer evenings.
The garden, fully fenced and not overlooked, offers an intimate and peaceful setting. A large terrace with a pergola features a spacious dining area and a barbecue for convivial outdoor meals. For entertainment, a ping-pong table is available for teens, along with a swing set with a slide and various outdoor games, including pétanque.
Pets
Our four-legged friends are welcome at La Dolce Quercy. The fully fenced garden allows them to run around safely. Indoors, they are allowed only in the living room and kitchen; the bedrooms and sofas are off-limits to them, to ensure everyone’s comfort and peace of mind.
The Jacuzzi Area
Designed for relaxation and unwinding, this intimate space, set apart from the main house, invites you to unwind. Here you’ll find a cozy lounge and a three-person hot tub, perfect for enjoying soothing and rejuvenating moments, all in an elegant and warm atmosphere. Available as an add-on to your stay, it can accommodate two additional guests. (This space does not include a bathroom.)
